Pressure Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

The easiest macaroni and cheese you’ll ever make.

I love using my pressure cooker because I can throw all of the ingredients in the pot and walk away. When I do that with something on the stove, I usually end up buring something.

I always have cheese, cream, and pasta on hand. This macaroni and cheese has served me well as a last minute meal many times.

Optional: Add diced ham, ground beef, taco meat, or spinach for something extra.
