One Bowl Brownies from Scratch

You can make the most delicious brownies from scratch. Easy recipe.

You’re probably here because you want MY homemade one bowl brownie recipe…but it’s not mine, and it’s perfect so there isn’t any reason for me to try something else.

There are few recipes that are just so good they need no tweaking, and the Baker’s Baking Chocolate One Bowl Brownies is one of those great recipes you will be so glad you have in your recipe box.

The recipe lives inside the box of a Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate Premium Baking Bar with 100% Cacao. (no affiliation, just admiration)

Carefully tear the box down the seam so it lays flat, and you will find some great recipes printed on the inside of the box including the easiest, most amazing brownie recipe.

If you make your brownies from a pre-made boxed mix, you are in for a delicious treat-and you’ll never make those pre-mixed brownies ever again.

Honestly, this from scratch recipe is so simple, there is really no reason NOT to make these all the time.

You’ll need one bowl, and if you have a microwave, you’ll use it to melt the butter and baking chocolate bar right in the bowl and then once it’s completely melted, you’ll throw all the other ingredients into the mix making this a one bowl recipe.

Line your brownie pan of choice with parchment paper and you won’t have anything to wash other than the bowl and the spoon.

AMAZING.

Let me know when you make these (because I KNOW YOU WILL) I want to know what you think! I’m sure you will be surprised by how quick and easy it is to make the best brownies you’ve ever had.

Secrets to success:

  1. Test brownies early for doneness. When a toothpick comes clean out of the center, they are done.
  2. Parchment paper makes it easy to lift brownies out of the pan and cut.
  3. Let them cool significantly before cutting into squares. If you don’t, they won’t hold their shape.
