12-cups whole milk
3-cups heavy cream
2-14oz cans condensed milk
1-tablespoon vanilla
24 oz chocolate syrup
Wisk together in crock pot, warm through (couple hours) OR pour into an empty milk jug to transport/store and microwave by the cup.
