It’s very mild, friends. If you want it spicier, swap out the paprika for a bigger kick.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- In a gallon-sized plastic bag, combine brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the bag and moosh around to coat the chicken evenly.
- Refrigerate chicken for 1-3 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to absorb.
- When you’re ready to bake, preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Arrange the chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet or greased casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the center of the chicken is 160 F.

Notes
The sugar in this marinade makes this recipe burn quickly when grilling-I learned that the hard way. Sweet marinades work best baked in the oven.
